• Under the umbrella of a 4PL contract, TDG controls a shared user fleet. Having implemented significant service enhancements and cost improvements, TDG has achieved an overall cost reduction of 10%.
• Internal systems have been upgraded. With the support of proven project management processes, systems went live without affecting service levels.
• Over 4 million cases are dispatched annually and transported under bond to 300+ locations daily.
• TDG measure 98% against OTIF: further improvements are expected.
