We can’t function without our teams, who deliver our services in a way that fits the circumstances of our customers and local communities. At the same time, we want to maximise our positive impact on the world around us, while minimising any negative outcomes. We’re also committed to being profitable and we want to do that by responsibly finding ways of doing things differently. That might be completing tasks in a more economic way; delivering improvements whilst keeping cost neutral; or, by preparing our customers to manage in the event of a disruption to their business. Whatever we do, our supplier partnerships and our attitude to delivering operations excellence to our customers always aim to increase competitive advantage for all parties concerned.
