About Us
TDG at West Hallam have been storing caravans and motor homes since the late 70’s, providing a first class service to our customers across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Currently providing secure storage to around 900 customers, we also store trailers, buses, boats and cars.
Storage terms
Storage can be arranged for 1 year, 9 months, 6 months or 3 months.
Access Times
Access to the site is from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week, we are open Bank Holidays but closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Payment
We accept most Debit and Credit Cards; you may also pay by cash and cheque.
Security
TDG West Hallam Caravan Storage has a high standard of security. The entire site is surrounded by inaccessible perimeters and open countryside; we have CCTV in operation and a manned gatehouse guarding the entrance and exit of the site. Our security Team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Directions
From Derby City Centre
Follow A52 (Nottingham). Take exit sign posted Spondon and Ilkeston– A6096. Follow through village (straight over 2 mini islands) After approximately 3 miles, take a left turn– sign posted West Hallam & Stanley– Storage Depot. (Look for windmill) Follow to bottom and TDG is on the right.
From the M1 Northbound—Junction 25
Leave the M1 at junction 25. Take second exit off the roundabout– signposted Risley, Sandiacre. Go 1/3 of a mile to junction. Turn right for B5010– Sandiacre, Ilkeston and Stanton. Follow road to bottom of the hill. At the traffic lights, bear left for Stanton, Kirk Hallam. Follow this road for just over 3 miles through Stanton, round the sharp right hand bend to the junction with A6096 (Traffic Island) Turn left towards Derby and Spondon. Go 2 miles until sign to right for Stanley, West Hallam, Storage Depot (Windmill on the right) Turn right into Cat & Fiddle Lane, go 1 mile down hill and TDG is on the right.
From the M1 Southbound– Junction 26
Leave the M1 at junction 26. Turn right at the island sign posted A610 Ripley and Matlock. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Take first exit sign posted Ilkeston. (Ikea on your right) At the island, take first exit following signs for Ilkeston. At the next island turn right following signs for Ilkeston. At the next island turn right following signs for Ilkeston. Continue to island (past the retail park on right) and turn left onto dual carriage way. At the next island take third junction on right sign posted A6096. Continue for approx. 3 miles through Kirk Hallam until sign to right for Stanley, West Hallam, Storage Depot (Windmill on the right) Turn right onto Cat & Fiddle Lane, go 1 mile down hill and TDG is on the right.
