In the same way that we work with our customers, our approach to supplier relationships is one of partnership. Our policy is to conduct ourselves ethically and fairly. As a result, many of our suppliers have worked with us for years and as we have grown, so have they.

Our customers expect us to be accountable for our performance and we look to our suppliers to work in a similar fashion. We measure how they're doing in key areas such as responsiveness, quality, service delivery, innovation and cost reduction. And we provide feedback on a regular basis - this could be through formal reviews or in the course of carrying out our daily business.

As ever, communication is a two-way process. We also encourage suppliers to tell us what we're like as a customer. That way we can improve the business relationship for the benefit of us, our suppliers and ultimately, our customers.
