| 2007 | Briskair (UK) and Doman S. A. (Spain) acquired. First logistics company to be awarded BS25999 business continuity standard |
| 2008 | TDG becomes a privately owned company: TDG UK Ltd – its new owners are DouglasBay Capital , an AIM listed company |
| 2009 | Mike Branigan takes over from David Garman as CEO. Operations commence in Hungary. |
