We employ around 7,000 people across 130 sites and 6 countries. In 2005, we carried out some independent research to ask the people who work for TDG what was good about working here and what we could do better.

In response to the feedback and in line with our culture, mission and vision statements we developed Working Together the TDG Way.  It reinforces our commitment to:
